The symptoms you said suggest you need RCT immediately.atleast u can do first step of RCT after which ur pain will subside..
Pain all over jaw and ear shows the infection is spreading and it's not a good sign.

For now take medicine
Tab Moxiclav 500mg(twice daily after meals)
Tab ketarol -DT (twice daily after meals)
Tab pantop -d (early morning empty stomach)
For 3days
the pain arising from the infected tooth is spreading....call your dentist and see if he can do a rct or he can prescribe antibiotics and analgesics. due to lockdown , it is difficult to do rct now ....
The decayed tooth is the causative factor for pain. It affects the entire quadrant and sore throat may also accompany. Due to decayed tooth bad acteria grows leads to mouth Itchiness. Sore throat is due to tonsillitis which is eventually due to decayed tooth
Next Steps
You are supposed to do RCT, prolongation of the above one may cause removal of the particular tooth
Have the medications which were prescribed by your dentist previously.
Due to caries. The medication can suppress the activity of the microorganisms >> symptoms disappear temporarily, for a period of time, followed by which the symptoms reappear.
Next Steps
undergo RCT without delay or the infection may extend to such level that extraction would be the only option or RCT with poor prognosis.
Ya Maam you should have gone for a Root canal 2 months ago .
-Tab Amoxyclav 625mg
1 tab twice daily x 5 days
-Tab Zerodol Sp
1 tab thrice daily x 5 days
-Tab Keterol Dt sos
-Tab Rantac D .
twice daily before meal x 5 days.
Avdiced warm saline gargel 2-3 times a day.
You will surely feel relief Maam .
Do get back to you Dentist once the lockdown is over dependeing upon intra Xray if there is no infection go for Rct other wise extraction .
Thanks alot Maam.
Yes now the pain is increasing because the infection of your tooth is increasing day by day and since the nerve supply is same so tooth pain is transferable in nature so you are having pain in your ear and jaws as well .
Next Steps
As of now consultant your previous dentist first as they must be having your x ray and the medication can be given by seeing the condition of your teeth .
Go for RCT because delaying the treatment will only increase the infection .
Health Tips
Rinse with warm saline water atleast 3-4 times a day this will help in reducing your pain .
