It's too early for teeth decay. 3 front teeth starts with white patches and then turn brown. His teething were very late. In 14 months he got his first tooth. Bottle feeding is the reason? . We don't give sweets. We  give gems once a day

It's mainly because of bottle feeding as soon u finish giving milk please give him water bottle to drink try to wash his mouth with ur finger consult ur dentist once .
