It is not safe to use with out proper guidelines.

Teeth bleaching at home are not that effective so I would suggest don't waste ur time and money. Visit a dentist and get teeth bleaching done. Once done maintain the oral care as directed by ur dentist. For procedure you can refer you tube videos
