Usually we eat all sorts of foods and most of force generated on chewing is in the same direction as the seating of the cap. In some cases when we eat food like toffees, Chikki, eclairs, chewing gum, khajurs etc the bond between cement and tooth is broken and caps or bridges tend to become unseated or loose. You may not notice it at this point and some other day u may eat idli or Poha or like us mentioned banana and the cap may come out and u may think that can't be the culprit. Visit the dentist immediately for recementation. If by any chance you have had something hard or been adventurous with opening stuff with your bridge in the past and any of the teeth inside have fractured then u may need to re evaluate the treatment needed and simple recementation may not be possible.

You should always visit a dentist if your bridge comes out. There is no substitute for the material we use to fix a bridge. You shouldn't even try to fix it on your own.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get it fixed.
