I want to bleach my teeth in healthy way so that no bad results occur after that. Is der any process so that i can consult asap .

Any in office bleach or even a home bleach using custom made trays by your dentist is safe. If it is done under a dentist’s supervision then you should not have a problem. Clinical evaluation necessary to see if you are a good candidate for bleaching and there are no contraindications
