My tooth was broken half and from that time onwards I am unable to eat but some days later my pain was gone but it starts now suggest me which therapy is best and please suggest me a best OTC drug for pain relief

Kindly visit a dentist soon and get an IOPA x ray done of that tooth and then treatment can planned.
