Treatment plan depends on the type of tooth, whether it is front teeth or back teeth...if it is a front one removal might be an option, if it is a back tooth and if can be saved by root canal save it, if grossly decayed ho for removal and then a space maintainer is a must
Next Steps
Meet an orthodontist or pedodontist

Hi, the child needs to be examined and x-ray taken, for taking a decision to take out the decayed tooth or to save it with root canal treatment. If the tooth can be saved with a root canal then i would highly recommend to get it done. Which ever dentist you visit, inform him/her about the child's previous seizure history. Take the prescribed medicines with you. T.C
