I am getting tearing sensation on the upper back and spinal cord. This pain started two days back. I started going gym from a week. What steps have to be taken to stop the tearing sensation.

Its bcoz of spine stretching dnt worry.. bt remembr that first two week dnt go fr strengthening and tone exercises.. first u should start with free and stretching exercises and jogging.. warm up.. tc
