While swimming .. I got my shoulder laburm tear on 29th April 2017 I have consulated Dr. He said choice in my hands to get operated or wait for normal recovery Kindly suggest..............??...................

If it's a first episode..wait..applyice and do physiotherapy..still complaining of pain then do surgery..surgery is never the first choice unless you have had more than 3 dislocations..
