  4. Tear in fernulum. There any other way?

Tear in fernulum
While having sex,there was tear in my penis fernulum on 1st may. It was the 1st time such thing happened. I was blood all over. So I avoided sex for 15 days and on 16th may, while having sex, blood again came out. How long should I avoid sex for this to stop ? Or is there any other way?
