Tears from eyes go to nose via a duct. This duct may be blocked in children less than 6 months old. Circular massage called criggler massage over the bony area joining nose and eye- (where nasolacrimal sac is placed) opens the duct and flow of tears will go to nose . Maintain hygiene. Massage should be done 4 times in a day. And in each session atleast 20 times. Do this massage properly with your clean little pinky finger and nail of the finger should be cut to avoid injury.
