TCA cross examination
Hello Doctor, I have done. TCA cross 4 days ago at my dermatologist. Still scabs are there on my face because of which I am unable to go out. Also some scabs came out partially and some fully, it left patchy red marks. Can you please tell me what it is all about? I am worried of those marks now! I am applying Fusinol (Fusidic Acid) at the moment and not using any soap/facewash for cleaning the face. Attached images for reference. Thank you🙌

Formation of scabs after TCA cross is common. These scabs will fall and the scars will start to lighten. Avoid picking at the scabs. Review with your dermatologist in a week

Continue with fusidic acid … Basically acid corrodes upper layer of skin …scabs r dead skin …which will fall off … New skin is expected to grow from below Do not b worried for the black scabs … Fusidic acid when u apply apply properly as directed It wil help to prevent infection and also over drying of skin in case something more happens kindly call up / visit the doctor who conducted the procedure it’s likely to heal in few week uneventfully mostly
