Continue taking tuberculosis drugs regularly, irregular therapy can further worsen ur disease, regular adherence to the treatment cures tuberculosis,as it is high grade fever u need to be evaluated further in detail

Tb is curable.you will not die with Tb,if you are on treatment. Fever is not common, after,4th week of treatment. So, pl visit near by govt hospital, or clinic, they will guide you freely. If you want,you can consult with Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
