Hi, Don't worry. Tuberculosis is very common here and may have various types of presentation. Commonly it doesn't present like the symptoms you are having. But a detailed history regarding loss of weight, appetite, fever low grade or high grade,  cough, with relevant investigations may help in ruling out tuberculosis.
