TB proper diet
I was diagnosed with Abdomen TB, already completed my two months Akurit 4 course now under Rcinex 600 and Combutol 1 gm with multi vitamin and vitamin B.My health is getting better gradually and I am gaining weight. Just wanted know if I am under proper diet. Early morning I take two spoon raw turmeric then after half an hour 1 glass of Horlick protein with milk after than oat meal, fruits, Almond, kaju and glass of sweet like juice. Lunch I take rice , vegetables and egg/ fish, evening snacks corn salad or roti, At dinner Roti and vegetables and a glass of milk before bed.
