TB medicine induced Hepatoxicity
What to do if Hepatoxicity is identified from first line TB treatment? Is it required to stop treatment? How to cure damaged liver? Fever started at first dose and is continuous even after 12 days of stopped TB medicine?

Pl stop Att.Modified drug therapy has to be planned.Lft should be done,and see that all is with in Normal limits. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

Stop all Anti TB DRUGS for two weeks. Give Tab. Lornit 300 mg twice a day for 15 days.. Repeat LFT and Consult Online for further treatment. Tab. Dolo 650 mg SOS.. for fever.
