Suffring from tb , fever come in morning & evening time with cough other wise i dont have that much cough , my tb trratement is started on one and half month before , may i know when my fever go , i am taking 4 medcin of tb which name is r-cinex 600/300 mg empty stomach , parazimamide 1.5 gm , ithambutol 1.2 gm & dolo for pain & fever
please suggest how much time it will more take

Continue your treatment with 4 drugs
Along with these drugs start tablet benadon 40 one daily
Continue for 2 months
If symptoms persist then the sputum has to be tested again and culture sensitivity also to be done to see if at all its a drug resistant tb
Take high proteins in diet. If possible daily egg white
If you are vegeterian then sprouts rajama soyabean leafy vegetables should be taken more

2 tsf two times a day for 3 to 6 mths
Continue your current treatment for tuberculosis

It is not predictable how long fever will perslst .These drugs are to be taken for 60days if temp.persists beyond that sputum should be subjected for culture and sensitivity treatment should be modified accordingly.
