Hello sir/mam, i m introvert type personality thats why i am unable to share my feelings with anyone even with family members thats why sometime i m talking alone without sound imagine as i m sharing feelings with someone... is it any problem like any diesease or just a state of mind

There’s nothing wrong in being and introvert, but problems arise if you want to communicate your feelings and are unable to do so. You need to learn adaptive communication styles and patterns in order to effectively communicate true feelings to the people you know and love. This is something that needs to be explored in Counseling and Psychotherapy sessions.

Hi I appreciate that you reach out for your concern It's normal...a state of mind Introvert are not shy people they also want to socialize but after sometime doing that they need their solidarity time to reflect, recharge n settle- it's a gift Talking to yourself is natural... every one does U r honest Talking to self makes u understand better...u speak less listen more, have few friends but your connection is deeper than others Celebrate your uniqueness

It is not a disease though, it is not a healthy habit.. Being a introvert is not a problem.. Just that, have few friends one or two and learn to believe in them and slowly practice to talk and discuss about common topics a d get the confidence.. Later you can choose whether to share about your personal life or not.. Atleast, you will not land up in talking to yourself...
