Taking vaccine during Covid-19
Hi my son, age 1 year 4 months need to take Vaccine between 15 to 18 months (pic enclosed) so I have following queries which are cited below 1: Is it necessary to take vaccine during this Covid-19 pandemic 2: If yes then whether 2 vaccines can be take at a time and whether any side effects may be arise due to taking plenty of vaccine at a single go 3: What sorts of safety precautions can be taken to protect my son against covid risk as he is only 1.4 months old baby when we take him to outside for vaccination

1 according to guidelines you should get your child vaccinated in covid 19 situation 2 yes 2 vaccine can be given as per the IAP /goi schedule.... either on same day or at a gap of 1 month 3 Maintain social distance, use sanitiser, visit a covid safe clinic, take prior appointment,

This is a very common query which most parents have these days. I have made a video on this plz visit my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/drnavinbhatia/videos/543957349602102/ coming to ur queries 1.Please go ahead with vacccinations as these are important and risk of serious disease if getting these diseases is more than getting covid. 2.yes more than 2vaccines can be given in one  go.. Had it been unsafe it wouldnt have been in scheduled in that way by various pediatric societies. 3. Precautions you will know in video as its difficult to expkain here..
