Is it safe to take omega 3 capsule daily ? The purspose of doing this is to get daily required quantity of omega 3 in diet. Is it safe to do this?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .yes you can take one capsule daily.
Here is what you can do.
Take one capsule daily for 10 days, then stop for 20 days then again for 10 days you can take.
That way you will not be taking too much also.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and treatment.
