Dear Sir,
I m having neck pain.Getting neck pain and neck stiffness while bending down,looking up .Also getting neck pain while moving my head little fast.Not able to stand for more than 5 min in same place,getting neck stiffness and vertigo.It highly affects my day today activities. Kindly suggest me which MRI I can take for correct diagnosis.

The problem seems to be due to Cervical Spondylosis.. Is there any radiating pain in upper limbs or any tingling numbness in hands..
Next Steps
Better you start using soft cervical collar for support. Also start taking analgesic, muscle relaxant tablet, hot fomentation over neck region. X ray Cervical Spine AP/Lateral can be done to identify any b9by changes.. MRI Cervical Spine can be done to find out the exact cause..
