Taking bof Arjuna bark
I had moderate high BP ( 140/90-95).. although I have controlled it by changing life style.. still some one suggested to take Arjuna bark..
Sir , may I know can I take it.. how long.. and how?.

And Bepend tab 1 in d morning.Take these for 15 days and check BP.

Arjuna is good for heart related aliments. But it should be taken in kshirapaka method, that is boiled in milk. For getting the full benifit. Also hypertension might need more treatment based on the cause for it. If it's stress it needs different treatment, it it's cholesterol it needs different treatment, if it's age related or primary without other cause then a different treatment, if its due to hormone imbalance then another line, if it is secondary to some kidney or other existing disorder then another.......again depends on your prakriti, place etc. So do consult and get the best medicine for best results.
