You need a Dental visit immediately
Donot delay any further...it will only worsen your condition
I would recommend you not to take any antibiotic or self medication.
Take this seriously and visit a nearby Dentist

Dear practo user
Please elaborate your symptoms. Even during covid there are dentists who are taking excellent precautions and you can visit them without doubt.
Good afternoon Sir,
First, your teeth are attrited means Enamel is gone and underlying sensitive layer is exposed. Due to this condition since long time, pain is there now, which maybe of mild to moderate level. You need to see a Dentist but as Corona concern is there, I am advising you to get one specific toothpaste and start using that for reducing sensitivity and pain.
Next Steps
Elsenz or Acclaim Toothpaste by Group pharmaceuticals.
Health Tips
Avoid any food that is very cold or very hot. Like stop eating ice cream, very cold water, Hot coffee, tea etc. These will only aggravate pain.
Regards
U r having what problem.. if u could specify.. and tooth from rt or left... And ur teeth seem to be genrally attrited.. u r having acute pain or slow dull aching pain.. and why r u taking antibiotic
