Hello Doc, High pain in tailbone, not able to sleep straight, pain occurs when standing from sitting. Find the attachment of reports.

Yes, there is a fracture of coccyx, which is causing you pain. You have to start analgesics and do sitz bath at least twice a day. Use of coccyx cushion while sitting is mandatory for healing and pain. If pain is not settled with the above, then you can plan for injection at the joint for pain relief.
