Tab cipzox and tab pan- d - heartburn

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been prescribed tab pan- d before food and tab cipzox after food twice daily for 7 and 3 days respectively. Today after taking first dose of medicine I am feeling like heart burn. What causing this hearburn and should I take second dose tonight or skip tab cipzox for tonight?
