Recurrent episodes of sudden onset excessive sweating, heat, uneasiness, lightheadedness lasting for 4-5 mins, around 8-10 such episodes in last one month. No c/o loss of consciousness, dizziness, vomiting, palpitations, fever, cough. Lightheadedness and bit uneasiness is present almost all time.

Swearing, light headed ness, uneasiness could be due to many reasons, low sugar levels, cardiac issue or low bp due to dehydration. It is always better to get evaluated for the cardiac issue first, cardiac issues are always life threatening unless proved otherwise.

Drink plenty of fluids daily.. Get your blood pressure monitored and also blood sugar level.. if your symptoms persist consult near by physician
