Body heat from two days
From two days I am I feeling excessive heat on my body. Today I went to a doctor he gave me medicine for gas but I did not feel any benefit from the medicine

Apart from fever, Body heat may be due to spicy food, constipation, hot weather, lack of vegetables and fruits intake, refined suger rice oil intake, allergic to some agent, dehydration due lack of water intake, overheat for room sealing, eating excessive non veg protein in diet will also cause body heat sensation

Avoid spicy, oily, high protein diet, drink 3 to 4 litres of water per day, add fruits and vegetables in ur diet daily, exercise every day.

Check your body temprature with body thermometer..if its fever...we have to findput the cause...otherwise. u shud check your thyroid hormone  level

Please keep monitoring your temperature every 4 hours. If above 98.6 F it is fever. If fever is associated with chills or back of the head is paining with joint pain report to your doctor. If fever is more than 5 days report to your doctor.
Next Steps
You may require a CBC ,and urine test Symptomatic: Paracetamol 650 mg three times for 3 days
