Weakness,fatigue,body pains may be due to many reasons.
1.Low. Vit.D3
2.Diabetes
3.Hypothyroidism
4.Depression.
5.Anaemia
6.Hypertension
So check,CBP, FBS,PPBS,HbA1C,Vit D3,,Thyroid. profile.
Theses are some of the usual reasons.So check them and see a physician immediately
