Swollen tongue
In between 2 months I got swollen tongue 3 times now. Sometimes it is right side and sometimes it is left side. Once my lip also swollen a bit, only right side. I consulted general physician and they said nothing to worry. I have gastric problem as well. It occurs after eating something regular. I get it mostly at night time. I was a smoker but now I quit. It goes off within 24hrs. I am scared as it never happened before. It is affecting my daily routine and I am even scared to eat. I have anxiety too. Please let me know what needs to be done. I have no marks or anything. That part feels like bit swollen.

Pressing your tounge and lip between teeth due to anxiety and rechecheking it like this in fear may lead to this. You feel its swollen and obvious gross swellings are two different things. Why are you scared to eat ?
