Swollen penis
I am 23 years old and haven't masturbated before, but due to erection and slept facing down my penis skin got back and that time little swelling was there. After 1 day swelling increased and since more than 2 days ring like surrounding swelling is there. There is no pain just it hurts when there is erection. And currently itching type of sensation is there.
Please let me know if it will be eased with time and if any ointment or tablets are taken. I am frightened to surgery type of thing.

Skin got stuck there and obstructing blood flow. Report to doctor immediately for it's correction. Even surgery may be required also.
