Sir before 2 months ago I was suffered by hydrocele
Before that I masturbate twice a daily . After hydrocele I was getting erection only at the time of masturbation .in normal time there is no erection or no senstaion in penis

Nothing to worry. Hydrocele operation does not affect ones erection. U will be alright.
