I had sex with my girlfriend and now the skin below my penis head is swelling like a balloon. I thought it would go away but it didn't and its been two days now. Which medicine would be good for such thing? Please help Its red and its like a circular tube surrounding the head of the penis It hurts when i touch but its not itching or anything just that it hurts and swollen like a balloon.
