Swollen part on thigh
Wore jeans for an hour today and a part of my thigh has swollen a little and appears slightly red ( I've attached picture) There is no pain but when I press that part it pains little. Does this cause because of tight pants? I wore few days back and nothing happened but I traveled by car for 2 hours recently wearing jeans and now  I wore  jeans (  for sometime) and a light swelling has appeared. Could it be due to tight pants? Should I walk more often , keep my legs elevated , reduce my thigh fat? Please help

It appears to be due to an irritant, either by some part like seam of the jeans or due to an insect bite. Apply some ice on it. It will get okay in 1-2 days. No need to worry. For full guidance, prescription and follow up take a paid instant consultation. Hope that helps. You can even video consult directly via what sapp on 9999x104x408
