I have a swollen lymph node right side It is big & hard & it has increased gradually when i feel cold When I press it pains

Hi there...I can understand your concern. But which lymph node swelling are you talking about? The cervical group or mandibular or inguinal group of lymph nodes. Lymph node enlargement can be present when there is any present or recent history of infection. Sometimes long standing lymph node enlargement can indicate tb lymadenitis. In such cases fnac will have to be done. Or you might have confused a lipoma for a lymph node. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
