Swollen lymph node
I had swollen posterior cervical lymph node swelling for almost six months now. Cbc is normal and fnac says feature of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc's. The node is hard, painfull and moveable. How many chances are there that it is malignant??

Lymph nodes in posterior triangle in young patient common cause tubercular , scalp infection . Treatment consists of antibiotic ( broad spectrum) and anti inflammatory for five days. If no Improvement do FNAC , CBC and x-ray chest
