Swollen lymph glands
Ref to the attached usg of back of neck & current attached photograph what it looks like  suspected. Is it lymphoma? . 2.) Swelling gland can be lipomas? The gland is persisting from November-19 which is mostly soft non tender but some times feel slight hard . While I took antibiotics with antiinflamatory then it was reduced & responded , but after stoppage of medicine it got back its original sizes but not increased rapidly . No other physical problem & no other swelling in the bodies. I am scared about it while searching the net & getting the possible results.

Need to examine for further management . To be sure get an FNAC Of the swelling . Untill it's not painful / ur not febrile and no movement restriction ,it's not an issue
