Swollen Lump under the skin at back
I have seen recently my lump on back has growing it is more than 2 inches. It is soft to touch snd doesn't pain while squeezing it? What it could be do I ignore it or something to worry about? Any tests to be done kindly suggest!.

The first diagnosis is a Lipoma.  It is a collection of fat under the skin , doesn't pain, grows very slowly, may be multiple (more than one). They almost never turn malignant. They are unsightly if found on a part of the body which is visible. They can be easily removed  at least for cosmetic reasons.
