Swollen legs and feet
After undergoing LSCS for child birth, my wife was administered IV fluids. She has swollen feet and legs. Can she have Tab Lasilactone 50 mg ? If yes kindly provide the dosage If no what can she have ?

No dear don’t give her lasilactone
Next Steps
Post pregnancy is a hyper coagulation state so giving Lasix will dehydrate her and can be very dangerous as it can produce deep vein thrombosis

No need to give any medicine,  it will get back to normal on its own. Do some leg exercises for fasten recovery.
