Swollen left tonsil with 2 boils 7 month

I drank very cold water while leaning towards the left side 7 months back and I've slight pain in that tonsil ever since. I've had many antibiotics but it has not gotten better. Can any doctor help me out?

Do u suffer from post nasal drip or sinus infection? Could be chronic sinusitis. Rule out Reflux also. Get yourself properly examined.
