Swollen kidney due to blood clot in kidn

Last week I was suffering from penis pain and lower abdomen pain. The blood is coming out and lot of pain also occur in penis during passing the urine. I went to APOLLO hospital near my house. They recommended me to have ultrasound test and urine test. got that test and also finished the medicine course they had prescribed me. But after showing them the report of the test, they said that there is a blood clot in the kidney and due to that both kidneys have swollen. And they also said that it is because of the infection. So go for CT SCAN, BLOOD TEST AND URINE CULTURE TEST. Right now I am all right and blood is not coming out of penis during passing the urine. But sometime the pain in the lower abdomen and back occur. The pain is mild and persist for 5 minutes or more. So what can I do ? When should I go to hospital for these tests?
