Blood clots in urine
There are thread like blood clots in the urine.
There is no discomfort while urinating or frequent urination urges just the blood clot.
I m also nearing my Menes date. Is it the periods or some sort of kidney infection?

Blood in urine should always be investigated. For your age common causes are urinary infection and stones. Get urine routine and culture done. Also get USG KUB with pvr done.
