If the pain is caused by a tooth that will be present for a few more years then you may require to treat it by doing a filling or if the cavity is deep then pulp treatment may be required. Your dentist may take an X-ray and recommend antibiotics if required.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist and get the treatment started

It could be either an abscess due to a carious deciduous teeth or maybe due to new erupting teeth. Ibuprofen and warm saline rinse will relieve the pain but if it’s an abscess, you need to take antibiotic. Please provide a picture for better understanding of the condition. Thank you
Next Steps
Visit the local dentist
Health Tips
Continue with warm salt water rinse atleast 3-4 times per day
