It is probably the skin over the erupting tooth.
Apply dologel ct over the skin 15 min before meals.
Do salt water rinses.
Maintain hygiene.
If too much pain take a painkiller like combiflam

Your 3rd molar must be erupting.
It will be fine.you need to get X Ray done later
For now take medicine::
Tab Oflox 500mg(twice daily after meals)
Tab Zerodol sp (twice daily after meals)
For 5days
Do warm water gargles thrice daily for week
Apply gum paint locally on affected gums

Mostly wisdom tooth is on its way out.
Luke warm water salt gargle/can also hold mouthful of the same for few minutes at a time(a tea cup quantity at a time) .minimum 3-4 times/day.
Maintain oral hygiene.
Betadine gargle once a day for 5 days.
T. Robinaxol D, if pain increases, after food.
T. Famotidine 20, once a day, before food.
Report back if situation worsens.
