Swollen feet
I have been overworked for the last week, didn't get much sleep. Today I overslept and when I woke up I noticed that my feet were swollen. Even my hand felt swollen, though the swelling in my hand went down after a while. But my feet are still swollen. I don't have any pain but am a little worried. What could be the reason? Please advise.

Try to reduce your bodyweight. Sleep with legs elevated for 10days. If symptoms not subsided then go for blood workup (CBC, TSH, Serum albumin, creatinine, urine routine). Avoid sitting continuously in one position
