Swollen feet easily fatigued
Very easily out of breath. Just walking up a flight of stairs, I get winded. Began a week ago after walking a bit more than a block (out of breath and hips hurt) getting worse. Feet and ankles are now swollen (2 days) and hurt when pressure is applied.

Do your PFT(pulmonary function test) It will let you know if there is any abnormality in respiratory system like obstructive or restrictive disease.

I would advise you to do a complete cardiological check up, do investigations such as ECG, ECHO report, Renal function test, X-Ray chest and CBC. To reduce the swelling on the feet, keep the leg raised while sitting and lying down(place 2 pillows under the feet). Place your feet in cold water with some salt added to it which will help reduce the swelling. Kindly visit a general medicine or cardiologist at earliest
