According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection on the lip as angioedema.
Cause of angioedema is due to some food allergy and due to adverse reaction of some drug etc .

4- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
