From last two days i am having swollen left side of iris only in night for only 2 3 hours no pain no loss of vision only itching photo attached

Hello, Seems like allergic conjunctivitis.  Use eye drop Olopat Max twice a day for 14 days and eye drop Apdrops LP 4 times a day for 1 week.
