Hi, I am wearing spectacles for more than decade now. I am planning to start wearing lens. Are lens safe to use? Do they cause eyes redness Or headache or infection? Which brand lens are best?

Hi, You can use lenses, no issues. Please maintain basic hygiene while wearing and removing the lens. It doesn't cause redness/ infections if hygiene is maintained. You can use any brand monthly disposable soft contact lens.
