Swelling over the right testis
Swelling in scrotum over the right testis for past 1 year
and sudden onset mild to moderate pain for the past 2 days ..it is like i am "constantly feeling something " is in there and it is a little "uncomfortable" while sitting and moving ..
swelling is of a size of a green grape
I am an MBBS student .
Swelling was trans illuminant too
I want to take an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis ...Please help
and advice if it has to be removed by surgery

It needs physical examination to better diagnosis and treatment. Consult personally to surgeon or sexologist.
