Hello
This is suggestive of lid infection
Try

B. Apply antibiotic steroid ointment like chloramphenicol with hydrocortisone combination thrice over lid margins
C. Start antibiotic systemically
This may increase and may take 1week for full resolution
Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist
